Document Your Results
Using the roadmap your supervisor created, (see Enlist
Your Boss Support), keep track of your progress
towards completing the items her or she delineated. Also keep
a running list of:
- Projects youve undertaken that are outside your
- Any money- or resource-saving ideas youve implemented.
- Outstanding successes on any of your projects.
- Training youve received, especially on your own
Youll need hard copies of both these lists when its
time to ask for your promotion.
